Free shipping on all U.S orders.
Orders made on Wednesday after 1:00 p.m CST. will be shipped out the following Monday.
Mondays and Wednesdays are our shipping days.
Return & Exchange Policy

Once received, we will examine the piece to make sure it is in the same condition as it was when sent to you.
After, you will receive a refund in the form in which you bought the item via email within 3 days of your return's approval.
Our approval process may take up to 7 business days from when it was delivered to us.
We do not offer exchanges. If you love your item and just want to exchange it for a new size, you will have to place a new order to purchase your item.
Returnable Items
-We must be contacted within 7 days of delivery to process returns or exchanges.
-We must receive your return within 14 days of it's original delivery to you.
-Has to be in original condition with tags attached.
-Unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Free of odor and stains.
-Shoes must be returned in original box with clean and unworn soles. Do NOT attach shipping labels or
packaging tape to the box. If you do, they will be ineligible for return.
Non-Refundable Items
Free gifts or promotional items
We do Not accept items purchased through Poshmark.
Clearance and Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Giftcards, store credit, and discount codes are NOT redeemable for cash.
Intimate apparel are non-refundable.
Accessories and Jewelry.
If you return a non-returnable item the item will be disposed of or added to a donation pile. Store credit will not be issued. No exceptions.
Damaged or Lost Packages
The Boutique-ish is not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or damaged packages.
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered, but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
